Week 2 September 26

 Monday-  In science we talked about how particles are arranged in each of the states of matter.  All the kids did well on their school work.  Westin had swim and we all had a beautiful day for run club.  In the evening I took Caiden shopping.  He has a birthday party for twin boys on Friday so he helped me pick out presents for the twins.

Tuesday - we only did reading and math today.  I did extra read alouds with Westin on pumpkins today because we are headed to the pumpkin patch today with their Grace homeschool group.  Caiden had robotics tonight and Maddy and Westin painted their pumpkins when he was gone.

Wednesday-  I cut back school today.  A local homeschool Facebook group was offering a trip at A.J.’s for $5 we got to go on go-karts, we got 10 tokens for the arcade, and mini golf. We had a great time.  We then had running club.

Run Club

Thursday-  We talked about how adding heat can change the state of matter in science.  Westin continues to do very well in spelling and reading.  Caiden had his writing class in the morning.  All the kids did great work while I went to physical therapy. We had lunch finished up school then Maddy had her class and she wanted to stay for study hall this week.  She loved hanging out with the 8 or so other girls.  Caiden had gymnastics then we ate dinner and Caiden had robotics.

Friday- Man I love Fridays.  We did YouTube school today and the kids helped clean the house in between rounds of school.  I made pizza and Caiden and I went for a 3 mile bike/run.  Westin and I played Azuel in the evening.  Caiden had his birthday party and it didn’t get over until around 10:00.  Mike left after dinner to go hunting for the weekend.

Saturday -  Everyone slept in.  Caiden and I did 9 miles today.  In the afternoon I took a nap and in the evening we had the Bibers over.  It was a very restful day.
