The downtown Y takes the kids to play group games in the gym.
I've been taking the big kids to the pool each week this summer to work on swimming.

After a trip to the  Wyoming library we picnicked at the splash pad.
 Working on the reading log from the homeschool building.  The kids have to write out the book titles.

Math Mondays.  We've started on our Math curriculum.  We'll be doing 1 lesson each week from now until the start of school.

We finished our 3rd summer chapter book.
We walked through the Fredrik Meijer Sculpture park.
Caiden made a water wheel.

Tuesday night concert.  The performers were from Jamaica.
We went back to the Holland Discovery Center.  We checked out their Native American display.
And the birds of Prey area.
Then we picked blueberries with one of their staff members
She was very proud of herself.
After picking she helped me make a pie from scratch.

 We spent the afternoon in East Grand Rapids today.
We love the East Library's lego room.
They also love the fish tanks. 
One of our favorite summer activities is walking on the docks of Reed's lake.
And looking for wildlife.
Playing with play-dough.  Big victory, Westin didn't eat any today!

We went back to the Outdoor discovery Center and the kids learned alot about the rat snake.
 We also stopped by the critter barn
Critter Barn visit was especially fun with Westin.
