Swiss Visit

Friday- We visited windmill Island.  We toured the Windmill, explored the tulip fields, rode the carousel, played at the park, and enjoyed trying to walk in dutch shoes while listening to the organ.  We then went to the beach and played until we got tiered.

Saturday- we went to the Fredrik Meijer Gardens in the morning and then had a bonfire with smores in the evening.

Sunday- We went to church and then had a lemonade stand.  This was fun because kids in Switzerland don't do lemonade stands. 

 Monday- We went to the zoo and then after the zoo Maddy made swiss bread and cookies with our guests.

Tuesday- We went to the children's museum.

Wednesday - we said go bye to our friends then went back to life as usual.  It was really nice to have a little break from everyday life.
