The kids were excited to eat gummy worms and watch the movie today.
The kids are really enjoying these clips as we learn about new presidents.  This week we're learning about #14 Franklin Pierce.
Westin loves to play with these number puzzles.
We're learning about the underground railroad this week.
Maddy made a hop scotch game today.

Friday- The big kids did a full school day which these days looks like this: Math, learned about the underground railroad, recited the first 14 presidents from memory, read, practiced typing, worked on their writing program, did spelling, reviewed Spanish vocabulary, and listened to an hour of "The Indian in the Cupboard". Westin and I read together and he worked on his alphabet puzzle and leap pad book.  We read together and the rest of the time he played with legos and trains.  Then some friends invited us to go sledding.  Perfect way to end a great week.
