Week 18
Saturday- we got home from Nicaragua around 5:00 the kids went outside to play with friends and I picked up the pictures I ordered. After showers the kids were very excited to look at the pictures from our trip. Maddy started making her vacation book that evening.

Monday- Woah, after taking an amazing international trip with my kiddos every thing felt like a blur this week. On Monday we did reading, writing, and math today and that was it. Then we went to art and lunch with friends. Then my parents came to visit. Maddy has her civic theater performance today. Which turned out to be totally adorable. Maddy was SO smiley too. You can tell she totally loves this theater stuff! Caiden had fencing tonight too. So it was a little crazy but we made it all work.

Tuesday- The big kids had camp Roger today which was perfect as I'm still recovering from vacation. Westin's play group was canceled because the hosting school is on winter break. It was a much needed very restful day.

Wednesday- Spanish class, music lessons, and Awana.

Thursday- This felt like our first real day back at school we did spelling, history, reading, the kids read and summarized articles, math, Spanish, and practiced instruments. They also had gymnastics today. We started our new audio book, Treasure Island. It's on of the more difficult books we've listened to as it was written in the 1800's. Every once in a while I stop it and make sure they understand what's going on.

Friday-

Sunday- We skipped church and slept and did laundry
