St. Louis Eclipse Trip

August 17th
We got on the road bright and early

We drove straight through to Illinois and stopped at an ASTC reciprocal museum to play at and eat lunch at.

We then drove straight to our campsite where we had dinner, went swimming, played and the park and had a campfire.  The campgrounds leaves much to be desired but we're 10 minutes from the city and the price was right.
The cicadas were pretty loud.

August 18th - We started the morning out at the old courthouse and got a jr. ranger badge there. Then we went to the arch.  The kids got another badge there.  We rode the arch to the top.  The view was really cool.  After that we spent the rest of the day at the public museum.
