week 1

Monday- we like to make our first day of school specail

Celebrated a great first day with dinner at the kids favorite restaurant.

We started the day with breakfast at Tim Hortons

We played some games

The kids first art class

History lesson war of 1812 and the burning of the white house

Our first week back covers only 3 subjects Math reading and history.  We will add the full day of work next week.

Toys at the end of our first day of school scavenger hunt

When the big kids go to Art from 10:30-12:00 Westin spends time at the kids zone while I work out and take and office hour.

When Westin naps we listened to some Harry Potter

Tuesday

First camp roger monthly out door education day 

Our new carpool family was from the kids HaSP class last year

I take Westin to playgroup each month when the kids have camp roger

Play group fun!

Wednesday

The kids spanish emersion class

Southtown guitar lesssons

We go straight from Spanish class to private music lessons

Westin has been working on his cutting skills

Westin enjoys doing puzzles when the kids are working on school

Take home writing project from playgroup

First Awana of the year!

Thursday

On Thursdays the kids have gymnastics from 12:30-1:25

Working on locating the battles of the war of 1812

legos during break time

Friday

PJs and Harry Potter book on tape time

After we were done with school we went to Post Family Farms

Weekend

On Saturday we went to the Veen Observatory for the first time.  It was very cool

We got to see Saturn and it's rings and a nebula

Sunday-  We met some friends at the ice skating rink for open skate
