week 15

Monday

We started the morning with school at home and then at 10:15 Westin had his sports sampler class at the YMCA. While he had his class the big kids and I worked out. We went shopping for winter gear after his class at the Tanger outlets. The kids were all in desperate need of new gloves and gators. We came home and finished up school. Today the kids worked on an adverb activity, worked on their autobiogrophy project, we talked about Coolidge, artdeco, barnstorming pilots, and flagpole sitters in history. Both kids also worked on reading, Spanish, math, and spelling. Westin is learning about the letter Q this week so we read the hoola hop queen and did work in his writing book.

Tuesday
The kids had Spanish in the morning and I worked on some projects at home. After lunch we went ice skating with friends at Rosa Parks circle. We came home and watched The Babe as it goes with our history unit on the 1920s. Then we all played Pit and Uno and then Caiden Mike and I played settlers.
