week 22

 Sunday - It was a beautiful day and we started with playing Monopoly.  Then we met up with friends at the Grand Ravines for a hike.  It was so nice to see them and get some beautiful sunshine.

Monday - We enjoyed our day morning and then kids had their outdoor education class.  This week's theme was pioneers. They met at the Degraff nature center's log cabin.  They made candles and enjoyed lots of pioneer games.

Tuesday - We had a very relaxed day at home today.  Mike went into the office so we watched some youtub videos on England then the kids did egg drops just for fun.

Wednesday - We talked about the black death in history today.  The kids finished school and Westin had swim lessons in the afternoon. Then we went on a hike with friends at the Hudsonville nature preserve.  The kids made a swing out of a vine and had a great time.  In the evening we went to the 3 mile project with church.  The kids enjoyed seeing their friends.

Thursday - We had a slow morning.  We played Monopoly and Dutch Blitz and soaked in the hot tub. Then we tackled school.  It was a great pace after a very full day yesterday.

Friday - We did Youtube school and cleaned the house and had a low key day.  Maddy had horse riding lessons in the afternoon and we enjoyed a quite night at home in the evening.

The barn dog wanted to hang out too.
