week 4 October 11
Monday- In science we talked about the rule of 8 and electrons. In history we talked about the Incas. The kids tried to build their own Incan structures. It was Indigenous Peoples day so our lesson fit well. The kids finished school. Caiden's lesson was on square roots and it was a struggle. When I was at Westin's swim lessons I sent some YouTube clips to Caiden and that helped him understand. After Westin and I got back from swim lessons we all went to run club.

Tuesday- The kids all did reading and math. Caiden had to also do his writing as he didn't get it in yesterday. We also worked through his square problems together and he did very well. The kids went to Spanish. We were suppose to met friends at the park after class but it was raining so we went to see Shang Chi instead. We all loved it. Then Caiden had robotics
Wednesday In science we talked about the rule of 8 in the valance shell. In history we talked about Incan mummies. The kids finished up school then we went to running club. We came home and had dinner then Caiden had youth group.

Friday My parents came to visit. We did a full day of school and Caiden went for a run today and Maddy had her horse lessons. The napping Grandpa
Saturday - We picked up Caiden's race packet today. He is very excited but had a skin reaction to new face wash this weekend. We made signs for him and are all very excited for tomorrow.

Sunday - Caiden did a great job! He finished 1st in his age division. After the race we had the Bibes over for games. Then Maddy and Westin went to Awana and Caiden stayed home. He was exhausted and went to bed at 6:00.
