Week 21

Tuesday's highlights- We continued our study of matter today with a ballon exercise to show the difference between solid liquid and gas.  We also went to the Grand Rapids Public Museum for their science Tuesday activities.

Wednesday's highlights- We've been working on learning the countries of South America in social studies.  In art Caiden finished his unit on Rembrant.  We also made our usually visit to the Wyoming Library followed by our standing lunch date with friends at Roger Plaza. Caiden also watched his first Bill Nye the science guy on Matter.

Thursday's highlights- While the rest of the world was having a snow day the Nemecek Learning academy was in session.  Our Res Life program was canceled so the kids were bummed about that but were happy that neighborhood kids were out to play with when they were on break.

Since Westin doesn't want to be out in the snow for long we brought the snow inside for him to play with.

The big kids wanted to play with the snow too.

Friday's highlights- We got a lot of school done and then went to the YMCA and Caiden got to play connect adventures.
